The longest running downriver race in the Pacific Northwest happened a week ago near Rosalyn, Washington. The water was lower than it has been in several years, so the sprint course had to be shortened and the classic course times were long.
Here are some highlights from the race:
- Both sprint and classic were won overall by Doug Ritchie, who won by significant percentages in each race.
- Marin Millar beat Tom Wier for the first time in a classic race.
