Here's the schedule (Note that locations may change due to water levels, of course.)

Please let us know by April 6th if you plan on attending and what sessions you plan to make. Don't forget that even If you can't paddle, you're still welcome to join us for the Saturday evening gathering! but do RSVP for that so we get the food volume right.
Thursday
afternoon: Middle Middle runs: several sections available. sprints in and out of rapids
Friday
morning Meet at 9:00 am at Green Lake in Seattle near boathouse: Green Lake drills and video: Technique session
afternoon: Cedar R. sprints (class II+) and immediate video feedback
evening: tbd, but sure to be fun!
Saturday
morning - meet at 9:00 am at Big Eddy just upstream of Sultan: 1/2 Sky runs (RR bridge down - class II with one class III- rapid) with quarters (approx 5 min each) and video. Workout: 6 x 5'
afternoon - Woodinville: 80 min "Slough Slog". (barely moving water)
evening - 6:30 pm Hot Tub session and Lasagne Dinner (by The Energizer Bunny) in West Seattle at Jennie's house (see address below). Video watching, feedback sessions, and the usual ever important wildwater discussions.....
Sunday
morning: Cedar River near Maple Valley (class II+). 2 full-length runs with short ATP style sprints.
The camp is free and is being coached by an all Volunteer team including Andrew McEwan, Chris Norbury and Tom Wier. Videographers and shuttle driver volunteers are needed!! Contact Jennie at 206-713-0520.
