An updated version of the new By-laws proposed from USA Canoe/Kayak by the Governance Review Task Force is now
available for member review and comment.
The board will consider the approval of these new By-laws at the Annual Meeting scheduled for January 31, 2009
in Charlotte, NC.
All members are requested to review this draft and submit any comments for consideration by the Task Force and
the Board prior to the meeting. Again, the Task Force welcomes any comments that can help strengthen USA Canoe/Kayak.
