August 13, 2007 -- Marietta, GA
I need your help. I need you to come to the USA Wildwater Nationals on the Dryway Section of the Deerfield on
August 24-26th.
The Dryway Section of the Deerfield is one of my favorite Wildwater race courses of all time (and shucks I ought to
know as a I have raced all over the USA and Europe for 25+ years). But please don't take me word for it.
Chris Hipgave, Director of High Performance Olympic Sports at USA Canoe/Kayak sums it up well. "USA Wildwater has been dreaming
of getting on this venue again since the mid to late 90's and now our dream has come true! And no one runs a better
race than Zoar!"
Karen Blom of Zoar is quick to point out that there will be "lots of terrific prizes" for the competitors. In addition,
Zoar has put together an excellent race for us and will have classes for Juniors, Seniors (open), and Masters as well
as cruising classes.
And Zoar and the Whitewater Alumni have teamed up to have a great barbecue dinner and social Saturday night that
promises to be a blast as well as a wonderful opportunity to see old friends.
So please do not let me or yourself down. Register Now and do NOT miss your chance to race at the USA National Championships.
