June is shaping up as a busy month for USA Wildwater athletes around the world.

Our Senior Wildwater Team is enroute to or already in Sort, Spain getting ready to compete in the 2010 Wildwater World Championships. The competition starts on June 7 and goes through June 13. You can learn more about the 2010 USA Wildwater Team in the first two articles in this e-Zine and by going to the athletes page at

Wildwater TV Italia ( will also be broadcasting from Sort and our own Tom Wier will be giving us his perspective of the competition on his blog (

I encourage you to also read "Wildwater Paddlers in America" by Haley Popp. Haley tells us about her love for our sport.

Closer to home, we have the TEVA Mountain Games in Vail, Colorado ( on June 3-6 and FIBArk in Salida, Colorado ( on June 17-20.
