Dear Wildwater Racers and Friends:

This issue brings news from FIBArk and the USA Wildwater National Championships - an outstanding showcase for Wildwater!! Thanks to FIBArk for hosting the events and to Denny Adams and Jeremy Rodgers for all of their hard work coordinating the Wildwater program. Well done, everyone!! By the way, Tierney O'Sullivan made the front page of the July 22nd Pueblo Chieftan. The paper also dedicated most of the sports page to the coverage and featured Andy Corra and O'Sullivan.

Jeremy Rodgers has also provided news from the TEVA Games (in Vail, Colorado) and the group of 9 wildwater paddlers that ran an exhibition race as part of the Bud Light Downriver Race. It is fantastic that Wildwater has gotten so much exposure at major whitewater events.

While our wildwater athletes were having fun in the USA, our European conterparts were occupied with the European Wildwater Championships. Check out the results and videos of the event in the articles in this newsletter.

Finally, we bring you news concerning the Wildwater World Cup races that will be held this fall in Tasmania.

Stay tuned to for more from FIBArk and the latest news about Wildwater racing.
