The U.S. Western Junior Wildwater Team Trials are this weekend. Check out the first article in this E-zine for more information.

The next National wildwater event (actually it is an international event) is FIBArk.
FIBArk is scheduled for June 15-21 in Salida, Colorado. FIBArk is hosting the 2009 U.S. Wildwater Championships and Senior Team Trials. There also will be other activities to showcase WILDWATER. You can learn more about FIBArk at www.fibark.net. Click on "Events" at the top of the FIBArk home page to view the current scheudle of events. And don't forget to stay tuned to www.fibark.net and www.USAWildwater.com for more news.

The U.S. Open and U.S. Eastern Junior Team Trials were held on March 28-29. Thanks to Chris Hipgrave for writing a commentary about the race. You can also find a link to the complete results in his article. Chris also provided a review of "Tapering and Peaking for Optimal Performance", a new book by Iñigo Mujika. Check out Chris's review and the link in it for more details.

Finally, we have news about the Junior World Wildwater Championships to be held in Buochs, Switzerland this summer and a plea from the U.S.A. Wildwater Team for your support.
