Dear Wildwater Racers and Friends:

This issue contains important information about the 38th Annual Southeastern Whitewater Championships, the Master's Race to be held in Karlovy Vary, Czech this summer, and changes to the Bylaws of the Wildwater Committee.

The date for the Wildwater portion of the 38th Annual Southeastern Whitewater Championships has been moved to April 15. The article below also includes a link to the registration forms and waivers.

The second article is a "heads up" to Masters Racers about the Master's Race to be held in Karlovy Vary, Czech this summer. All master’s racers are strongly encouraged to participate in the 2006 Team Trials April 1-2 as a warm up.

The last article is about the changes to the Bylaws of the Wildwater Committee. The team selection method for Team Trials in 2006 and future years is amended due to new ICF rules that permit 6 boats per class at World Cups, and 6 boats per class at the World Championships (with our best four boats racing in classic or sprint races at the Worlds).

Happy reading, training and paddling......
