Dear Wildwater Racers and Friends:

After a dervish month of Wildwater World Cup Races in California, we set our sights back to Europe for the Junior World Championships in Mayrhofen, Austria, and to the work of selecting race venues and organizers for the 2004 Team Trials and National Championships.

If you are a race organizer interested in hosting selections of the Nationals, be sure to read and respond to Chris Norbury's request for bids document carefully.

From the icy Ziller River, Tyler Dyer brings us news from the Junior World Championships. And as we settle in for a new training season, USACK Wildwater Treasurer and athlete Chris Hipgrave gives us some training reference by posting his plan to USAWildwater.com.

This was an amazing season for Wildwater Racing in America. And as you recollect your bearings for the new season, we wish you the best year of training and racing yet!
